We joined the 2011 Slut Walk in Berlin which is a march against the victimisation of women involved in rape cases while also trying to liberate the word 'slut' from its predominantly negative connotations. The event came about after a representative of the Toronto Police gave shocking insight into
the Force’s view of sexual assault by stating: "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized". For more information http://www.slutwalktoronto.com
